Land for Sale/Lease

Hi everyone,

Well we had another great time at ParadiseCanyon ranch. Our annual trip over the Labor Day holiday is becoming one of our favorite journeys of the year. The river once again was stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily respites. Check out our buddies Mike Hill and Mike Tomei chillaxing in this amazing scenery. The turquoise blue water gives you the feeling of Cancun but the privacy makes it the ultimate recreational dream come true at a cost everyone can afford.

We finally started picking up some of our deer cam pictures and were not disappointed. Check out all the quality deer cam pictures under the deer cam menu but I do give you a little peek below. Over 30 inches of rain has fallen on the ranch this summer and you can see it on the horses, cattle, and of course the deer.

Our work load consisted of carpeting the last remaining blinds, setting up a second irrigation system, relocating some of the lesser producing stand locations, checked the deer cams and strategizing for the final trip in preparation for the hunting season. We have moved three of our sets to new locations and have already seen an increase in deer sightings and deer cam photos at those locations.

We have one last trip planned for Oct 6th -13th  We can actually hunt quail and predators and plan on doing so. Even if you just want to come and play with us contact me or my wife Tracy.

Until you experience the beauty and tranquilty of the desert river named San Rodrigeous it's hard to understand the depth of its abilty to refresh your body and soul. Pictures don't even do it justice. Mountains springs running free down through a canyon walled stream bed lingering in quiet pools before crashing through white water rapids. Truly a natural wonder
